The PEP nest above has 160 parts, each part was common cut. The software automatically rotated the 10 parts on the right. Even though the PEP automatic tabbing was not used in this instance, the parts cut safely with no head crashes, because the PEP common cut path is safe!

Bysoft does not create a satisfactory cutter path when common cutting, according to the programmers and laser operators. The only success they have had has been using AutoCad to manually create a group of common cut parts, but even then that has not been successful when the part has a notch and or radiused corner.
