Part

The job above called for 4000 parts in lots of 1000. Each lot took more than 47 hours of cutting and four hours of manual deburring. The repeat job can now be cut in 24 hours, saving 23 hours of machine time plus hours of clean up as every part was perfect.
THE REST OF THE STORY….
Vance took the P.E.P. challenge and cut the 5X5 part. The results proved everything that Vance was promised would happen and then some. After cutting the 5x5 part Vance and the owner asked the P.E.P. application engine to cut the production part shown above. Without any editing or testing of the cut conditions, the part was nested, posted and cut. As mentioned above the results were quite incredible.
