We recently upgraded our PEP software from PEP 2001 to PEP 2002. Prior to this we had been using PEP 97. Our staff had not had any formal training since our original purchase of the PEP 97 software.

We purchased the PEP 2002 software along with one day of on-site training at a cost of $850.00 and this has turned out to be very beneficial to our company.

Steve Bertken from your Kansas City office came to our facility to give the training. He was able to show our programmers several new features of the PEP software, as well as how to correctly use some of the standard features.

In doing this, we were able to save approximately 7 1/2 - 8 hours in the course of a week in operation time on our laser. it also has reduced our programming time and paperwork considerably. This translates into approximately $1,800.00 a week of increased laser production, which is a considerable amount of money over the course of a year.

We were very impressed with the results of our training session and are considering an additional training session in the future.
