I am writing this letter to personally thank you for taking the time you did to listen to your customer feedback in the development of your new Bullet P.E.P. module. The improvements you have made allow us to now take a drawing and use Bullet to automatically:

• create a nest by pulling all the necessary info from the material data base

• assign lead-ins and lead –outs

• kerf the nest

• post process the nest

• send it to the appropriate location

Bullet has saved us many hours a year in programming costs.

Many of the files we receive from our customers for flame cutting have been pulled from surfacing data.  When we convert them using the CAD converter, instead of lines and arcs we have many small points of geometry that make what looks like an arc. In the past, this could create some major problems when the part was kerfed, leaving tiny arcs or open geometry. But now, using your CAD  Draw module,  we can eliminate those problems by using the “Replace Geometry” feature. This has also saved us a tremendous amount of time in avoiding reprogramming and fixing nests.

We estimate the combined savings have saved us approximately $40,000 dollars a year in programming costs alone, which allows us more time on the phone taking care of our customers and taking in more orders.
