We are in our third day of training for P.EP. Technology's nesting software and have had great success with nesting our parts. I was concerned that I would not have similar results with my own files as the results I saw within the Red Packet that P.E.P. Technology sent to me. We are a job shop and tend to cut files from many companies. We also cut our own products and they tend to be artwork files, which are more complex to automatically nest than standard geometry files. P.E.P. Technology's software has been able to take our files with ease and nest them in comparison to their Red Packet benchmark.

During our training class we were shown the difference in manual nesting and Bullet nesting. One of the members of the class took between ten and fifteen minutes to manually nest a full sheet of steel and was able to get 286 parts on the sheet. The Bullet nesting program was able to nest 358 parts and apply sequencing, lead-ins, check for necessary head raises and output the posted program from start to finish in less than three minutes.

From the results I have seen I would definitely recommend comparing your software to P.E.P. Technology's and see the results for yourself.
