3. Configure the Auto Tooling OPTIONS

The Auto Tooling Options table above allows the user to set parameters such as:

. Clear rectangular cutouts

. Use combination for clearing rectangles ( round and rectangles )

. Use combination for clearing slots

. Use rectangles on arcs

. Allow over-size tooling to hit

. Corner over-hit / under-hit

. Round hole tool selection for entering the percentage of tool to hole when roughing out a hole

. Minimum arc size to be tooled

. Over-hit and under-hit tolerances

. Single stroke circular hole tolerance

. Single stroke rectangle cutout tolerance

. Single stroke oval cutout tolerance

. etc. etc. etc.

Having set the Options parameters the entire nest is tooled in less than 10 seconds!
