The P.E.P. INVENTORY SOFTWARE
The Inventory software is a graphical plate-tracking program that tracks both rectangular and irregular shaped remnants. The software works automatically and interactively with all of the P.E.P. Nesting modules. As inventory plates and remnants are nested on, the nested plates are automatically “ALLOCATED”. Plates remain “allocated” in the inventory until they are cut, at which time the balance of the plate will be designated a “remnant”, if all of the material is not used.

TERMINOLOGY
Allocated Implies the plate has been nested on, but not cut.
Remnant Implies the plate has been cut and put back into inventory
Preview window Displays the highlighted plate and or the nest when the plate is allocated
Preview ( + / - ) Displays the history of plate
